Shipping and Delivery

Track Your Store Order Online

It’s fast and easy to track the status of your order online.  Simply click on the “View Your Order” link in the order confirmation email you received when you made the purchase.  Then, once an item ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery tracking information so you can track your package with the shipping carrier.

To ensure you receive the email notifications regarding the fulfillment and shipment of your order, add store@bEpicGear.com to your saved contacts and (just in case) check your SPAM folder.

Fulfillment and Delivery Times

Every order is processed as quickly as possible. The standard production / fulfillment time for most items in stock is within one week and, then once an item ships, delivery within the USA generally takes 3-5 business days more, depending on your location.  However, be advised that customized and on-demand print items – such as business cards, banners, and customized brochures – are submitted for printing after an order is processed and, therefore, may take a few days longer. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Allow for additional time for shipments outside the USA and during holidays.

***Your order may be shipped in multiple packages and on different days***

If you ordered more than one item, some items may be sent separately and on different days (due to production times and/or packaging requirements).  If your order is being fulfilled in multiple shipments, we will send you a separate shipping confirmation email for each package.  In particular, customized and on-demand print items – such as business cards, banners, and customized brochures – always ship separately and usually a few days after the rest of your order due to printing time.

***Plan ahead if you need an item by a certain date***

If you need an item by a certain date, we recommend placing your order at least three full weeks in advance to ensure sufficient time for processing, fulfillment, and shipping. 

Valid Shipping Addresses

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the mailing address you provide is correct, complete, and can accept package deliveries.  The shipping carrier also advises that recipients make arrangements so that packages can be left in a safe, secure area.  The merchant is not responsible for lost or returned orders due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or invalid addresses. Packages that are returned due to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer will be subject to additional charges.  After 30 days with no response, the order will not be resent nor refunded.

***Some items CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box***

The following CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box address: Business cards, all display products (including banners), all customized print materials, and larger packs of non-customized print materials.  For these items, you must provide a physical mailing address. 

However, many of the items we offer CAN be shipped to a P.O. Box address, as long as the postal box can accept packages. This includes all apparel, decals, and smaller packs of non-customized print materials (i.e., regular brochures, postcards, flyers, and door hangers). Moreover, it is your responsibility as the customer to check if your postal box accepts packages before placing your order (because not all postal boxes do).

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States

Shipping Rates and Methods

DISCLAIMER: Shipping costs are set by the carriers and are outside the merchant’s control. 

Due to carrier and packaging requirements, an additional charge is required for some products – including business cards, banners, customized print materials, and distributor kits – to be shipped to outside the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other countries).

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based (and most paper products are heavy). To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. 

Shipping and handling charges will calculate and display during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.  All charges are stated in US dollars. 

Depending on the items you purchase and your delivery location, we may use a combination of different methods to ship your order. Moreover, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

We reserve the right to ship by the most economical, time-efficient manner.  Domestic orders are generally shipped via USPS or UPS.  International orders may be shipped via DHL.
